Are you ready to keep your mind always sharp and young?

Have you ever considered what it's like for your brain to wake up in the morning?

It's not just a simple process of reawakening. Your brain has been resting, and now it needs to get back to work. The good news is that mitochondria are always ready to help. But over time, they can become damaged by various factors, which leads to their quality deteriorating and their number decreasing by 2 times after 30 years of age.

As a result, the brain does not receive enough energy — and so we get up in the morning feeling tired and exhausted.

We reach for sweets and coffee instead of breakfast — and these foods give us more energy only temporarily. We have trouble remembering things or concentrating on something new; our memory deteriorates; and when we're tired we forget even more often than usual.

This is why people start snapping at their relatives and subordinates at work: they're just tired! They feel squeezed out like lemons every day because they don't have enough energy stored up in their cells (mitochondria) to help them do everything they need to do throughout the day!
But there is a solution: Brain Biohacking!

Victoria has developed a unique technique for pumping the brain, including neurohymnastics, mnemonics to increase memory, exercises for the development of mental abilities, and theoretical information. She will show you how to use simple techniques:

  • Make the mind more tenacious, as in youth.
  • It is easier to choose words, react faster, solve problems and make decisions
  • Memorize and assimilate new information faster.
  • Be more concentrated, diligent, understand the essence of what you read at once, and not re-read several times.
  • Develop creativity.
  • Cope more effectively with tasks at work and at home.
  • Improve any of your activities.

The course is suitable for children, adults, the elderly and anyone who wants to be smart, stay mentally healthy at any age, not lose mental abilities, but only increase them.

Introductory lesson. Tips and recommendations during the training

Watch the introductory lesson with tips and recommendations on how best to undergo Training and what to do after it in order to further develop cognitive abilities, neuroplasticity and train the brain.

Lesson 1. Warming up fingers, palms and joints

You control your legs, arms, body, head, and other parts. Can you control ten fingers? Bend and unbend at will several at once, after one for example? But these are also parts of your body that you can give orders to, and they will become obedient, they will respond quickly to your commands.

What is it for?
Neurohymnastics is a great tool for brain pumping! We will influence the center of innervation of muscle micro-movements. With the help of N.G., we will restore fine motor skills of the fingers, the potential of which fades with age. But first, we will train our fingers to exercise with the help of a warm-up. We need to prepare our device for use so that it becomes flexible and does not get tired of training.

Remember the rule:
- warming up the palms
- finger stretching
- relaxation of the hands

And then we will perform more complex exercises that require regular training.

Lesson 2. Captain

Before you begin to perform this exercise, do a warm-up of the fingers and joints, as in the first lesson.
You can start by rubbing your palms to warm up, then activate them with claps and finish with relaxation - shaking your hands.

I do each exercise about 50-60 times.
Remember! Regularity gives the best result.

Captain

The right hand is a gesture In!
We bring the left one to the forehead, as if we are looking into the distance. Changing hands. 1-2, 1-2, 1-2.
The thumb is pressed tightly, and touches the little finger. We're speeding up.
Next, we complicate it through cotton.

Lesson 3. Pointer

So, start by warming up your fingers and joints. To learn how to relax the joints of the hands daily, and the energy flowed freely along the meridians, removing the body blocks and clamps, at the end of the exercise you can shake your hands and relieve tension.

Pointer

The right hand is Victory. Left - index looks at the right hand.
We change hands alternately to learn the movements.
Then we change the positions of the hands at the same time. Victory is a pointer, victory is a pointer. We're speeding up. one-two, one-two
Complicate through cotton.

Lesson 4. The squirrel in the wheel

This exercise begins with fingering two fingers: thumb and index finger.

When you have learned not to get confused at a fast pace, you can connect the rest: Thumb-index, thumb-index, big-medium, big-medium, big-nameless, big-nameless, big-little finger, big- little finger.
And in reverse order: large-nameless, large-nameless, large-medium, large-index, etc.
The main thing is to understand the principle that each finger touches the thumb in turn, and the hands turn in the other direction.

At the end of the practice, do hand shakes, they perfectly relax your hands, fingers and palms.

Lesson 5. Birds

We warm up our palms, do a joint warm-up and start learning a new exercise.
Birds

Press your thumb on each finger in turn. First the thumb - index, then the thumb - middle, then the thumb - ring and the thumb - little finger.
Then we go in reverse order.

Variation: Left hand: thumb - index, thumb - middle, thumb - ring, thumb - little finger and back. And the right one is in reverse order: big - little finger, big - ring, big- middle, big - index.
After you learn how to do it at a fast pace, we do it asynchronously. On the left hand begins: thumb - middle, and on the right - thumb - index. Next: left - big - nameless, right - big medium. Left: big - little finger, right - big-ring. Left - big - nameless, right - big - little finger. The fingers of the right hand are late by one count.

Lesson 6. Class-Ok

We start with the same movements with two hands: Ok and Class. Time-2 Time-2 Speed up.
We do it asynchronously. Right - Class, left -Ok.
Changing hands. Complicate, as always, through cotton.

Lesson 7. Platypus

With the right hand we pinch the nose, with the left - crosswise - for the earlobe. We quickly change hands.
We do it at a fast pace.
Complicate - through cotton.
Now that you have mastered this, we do variations of this exercise: we touch the tip of the nose with outstretched straight fingers - index, middle and ring fingers, and pinch the ear - with thumb and index finger.
We are also speeding up. And we complicate it through cotton.
And then, on the contrary: Pinch the nose with two fingers, and only touch the earlobe with straight fingers.
Complicate through cotton.

Lesson 8. The drum

For this exercise, you will need a table or any flat surface. You can just use your knees.
We put both hands on the surface, palms down. Next, we put them on the edge. And then we squeeze it into a fist.
Alternate slowly: rib, fist, palm. We're speeding up.
When you gradually master it and will do it quickly, we train you to do it with both palms asynchronously. Left - starts from the edge: rib, fist, palm. And the right - from the palm: palm, rib, fist. Gradually speeding up.

Lesson 9. Animal paws

Both hands are animal paws, but one paw is open and turned away from itself, and the other is compressed and turned towards itself. We unfold the paws, simultaneously changing the compression - decompression. We train to speed and ease.
Next, we complicate it: we unfold it in turn! The right hand is an open paw, towards itself. The left one is closed, from myself. First, we turn the right one away from ourselves, and the left one to ourselves, and together we change positions: open to closed and vice versa. One-two-three, one-two-three. From themselves-to themselves-changed, from themselves-to themselves-changed.
The next variation is done the opposite way: we start the turn with the closed foot! Now the right one is closed, and to itself, the left one is open, and from itself. From myself-to myself-changed. From myself-to myself-changed. One-two-three!
And there are two more positions: turns to yourself - from yourself, and to change the flexion - extension of the legs. Also, starting with the open right foot (now it is from itself)... Then with the closed one, now this is the left one, and it is also turned away from itself.

Lesson 10. A Pistol Dog

This is one of the most difficult exercises. At least - for me) Do not despair, if it does not work out right away, the development may take several days or weeks, as with me. I mastered it for quite a long time, until I reached a fast pace, without being mistaken.
We make a Dog with two hands. The thumb is up, the index finger is bent, the middle, ring and little finger are straightened.
Next, we make a Pistol: pull the index and middle finger to the side, and the ring finger and little finger are covered with the thumb. We do the same thing slowly at first, with both hands. Dog - gun, dog-gun, dog -gun.
When you master it at a slow pace, we will speed up.
Then, when it turns out not to make mistakes at a fast pace, we switch to asynchronous. One hand makes a Doggie with its fingers. And the second one makes a Gun. Changing hands. It's speeding up.
After mastering, we do it through claps. 1-2, 1-2, 1-2.

Lesson 11. Anti-Pistol Pistol

This exercise is similar to the previous one - a dog and a gun. And after mastering the Doggie, it will be much easier for you to do it! Only now we have two pistols)) Pistol and anti-pistol.
The fingers look at each other. We make a gun - index and middle forward, ring finger and little finger - bend, the thumb lies on the ring finger.
Then the ring finger and the little finger are stretched forward, the rest are bent and pursed. Thumb on index finger.
Changing hands. Pistol - anti pistol, pistol - anti pistol.
It's speeding up.
Moving on to asynchronous. The right hand is a pistol. The left one is an anti-pistol. Changing hands.
It's speeding up.
Complicate through cotton.
And remember that only regular performance of all practices will give the best result in brain pumping.

Lesson 12. Pats. Activation of the palms

In Qigong, there is the practice of Tapping or Patting-when we gently tap our fingers from top to bottom-starting from the head, and further: on the shoulders, chest, arms, armpits, back, kidneys, inguinal folds, buttocks, legs and feet.
Masters believe that in this way Qi energy is driven into the body, channels are opened, all meridians, organs and systems are activated. With scientific T.Z.- the blood begins to stay in the place where you knock, and cleanses it from stagnation.
We're going to do Handclaps. We will activate our tool in Neurohymnastics!))

Course author: Victoria Zimenkova

Specialist in the field of biohacking and brain improvement. Actress of cinema and theater. He writes poetry and prose, scripts, publishes books.

Victoria noticed how quickly her memory could deteriorate after 35 years, when it became difficult for her to remember a large amount of information and text that was required for her work in cinema and theater. What was easy 5 years ago has become very difficult. It seemed that memory became like a sieve through which everything that was being studied flowed without a trace.

Unfortunately, neither vitamin supplements, nor the use of foods that promote better brain function, did not help in solving this problem. And the examples of elderly relatives who forgot basic household things, became less able to navigate in space, it was difficult to perceive new information, pushed them to an independent in-depth study of the work of the brain.

Victoria read dozens of books and hundreds of scientific papers on how human memory works, went through many trainings and collected the most valuable information from each one bit by bit.
Based on the knowledge gained, she created an author's system for improving memory and neuroplasticity by working out fine motor skills of fingers and asynchronous movements, the effectiveness of which she first saw on herself, and then on thousands of her students around the world.

Victoria conducted dozens of offline workshops for children and adults, where she told how to resist age-related brain changes, what to do to slow down aging. Thousands of people have already taken her online course. They note that they have become more collected, focused, memory has become sharper, and the brain has begun to work much faster, its capabilities have fully opened up.
Now this knowledge is available to you. Start your training right now.

I would like to sincerely thank Victoria Zimenkova for this wonderful training, which helped me a lot to improve my memory and concentration, attention, thank you very much! I am a student, and it turned out to be very useful for studying! My girlfriend and I practiced neurohymnastics almost every day, and it was fun to see who could do it first! I recommended your training to my friends, I'm sure they liked it too and found it useful! Training - fire!

Many thanks to Vika for the wonderful course, I still continue to do it with pleasure! All exercises are an excellent complex of "cognitive charging"! As a philologist specializing in cognitive linguistics, I especially want to note their importance for the active work of the brain and for increasing the concentration and development of human memory! After all, often we do not even imagine that we are capable of the best, and there is no limit to perfection! Life hacks and insights provided by Victoria will help us bring positive changes to our lives and emit the highest vibrations! Only we are able to manage our condition, and these magical exercises are able to awaken in us a gigantic energy inherent in nature, which we do not even know about! Vika, thank you very much, a wonderful course, I will study every day and continue practicing! Thank you for taking care of your students.

Vika, thank you for the training! I've collected so many exercises for my fingers, you won't find so many anywhere) The whole training is very well compiled, I picked up the most effective techniques and in the right order! At the very beginning, I had more energy from squats and exercises with joints, my brain began to work better. If earlier it was difficult to focus on some tasks, especially on very important work, I sat for 10 minutes on each document so as not to make a mistake anywhere, now I just fill it out easily, without thinking, as it should be! My memory is also better, my short-term memory is lame, I forget instantly, everything flies out of my head, I write it down and forget to read it)) Now I noticed that I almost don't use a notebook, I keep everything in my head!

And it's fun, the mood does not spoil from the "obligation", you do not have

to force yourself, it's like entertainment, on the contrary, it's interesting and fun, it fascinates and you want to do.

Once I caught myself that I can't remember a word. I didn't remember until I opened my smartphone. "Well, it's started!" - I thought with horror. This was the last trigger, after which I decided to pump my brain a little, because recently cases of memory failure have become more frequent. When I started studying Victoria's course, I realized that this is exactly what I need!) Not to fanaticism, but every day I began to devote 15 minutes to various exercises on neurohymnastics and literally a week later I already felt the effect!) And more: since I'm learning dancing at home on the Internet, at first I couldn't understand why my joints hurt after, and I saw the answer in one of Victoria's lessons: you must first do the right warm-up on the mat. And it helped again! In general, I am very pleased with this wonderful training and heartily recommend it to everyone!)

My memory began to fail. I'll put the thing somewhere and safely forget. I didn't expect it, but in two months my memory returned with its sharpness. There was not enough attention. For example, driving. Gradually, there was a fear that I might not notice someone and hit them on the road. Definitely! Attention has strengthened. A certain clarity and clarity. And they give peace of mind, confidence. In general, the condition has leveled off.A kind of balance. I feel it, and I'm comfortable. I am very glad that I decided to take this course. And I am grateful to Victoria. You're a pro! Well done! Guys,

feel free to follow the result. Everything that Vika promises and recommends really works. A whole set of tools for eternal use. Bravo, Vika!
